Services
We provide mobile notary and related document services in Fayette County and South Metro Atlanta, subject to availability. Submitting a request through this website is a request only and does not create a confirmed appointment until we confirm the details, location, and applicable charges with you.
Fees & payment
The statutory fee for a notarial act is set by Georgia law and is shown separately from our mobile-service charges. All applicable charges are disclosed before service is performed. Quotes are estimates until confirmed and may change if the scope of the appointment changes.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and valid, acceptable identification for each signer.
- Ensure every signer can personally appear and sign willingly and knowingly.
- Confirm with the receiving party which notarial act and documents are required.
- Provide a safe, lawful, and accessible location for a mobile appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Travel or trip charges may apply where we have already traveled to the appointment location or where otherwise disclosed in advance.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount of the service charges you paid for the affected appointment. We are not liable for a receiving party's refusal to accept a properly notarized document.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
