This pricing category applies where an appointment requires extended attendance, oath administration, or another scheduled appearance service, subject to the actual notarial service requested. The first 45 minutes are covered by the base appearance charge, with additional time billed in 15-minute increments.

Need documents printed for your appointment, or scanned back afterward? PAPER & SIGN offers appointment- related printing and scan-back services, priced by page tier and separate from notarial fees.

• Page tiers apply to the total number of pages printed or scanned back, depending on the service requested.
• Appointment-related printing is available so you don't have to prepare hard copies yourself.
• Page counts above 30 pages are handled with a custom quote.

Life doesn't always keep business hours. PAPER & SIGN offers same-day / rush, evening (after 6 PM), weekend, and holiday appointments when scheduling and location allow. A published convenience charge applies to these appointments.
