Information we collect
When you submit an appointment request, contact form, or business inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment location, and a description of the service you need. We ask that you do not include sensitive identifiers (such as Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, account numbers, or medical information) in free-text fields.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm an appointment.
- To disclose applicable fees and coordinate the details of a requested service.
- To keep records required of a notary public under applicable Georgia law.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
Notarial records
As a commissioned notary public, we may be required to record certain details of a notarization in a notary journal. These records are maintained in accordance with applicable law and are separate from the marketing and contact information handled through this website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share service-request information with service providers that help us operate (for example, form-delivery or scheduling tools), or when required by law or to complete a service you requested.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the site. Vercel Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies. We do not include names, email addresses, appointment addresses, document contents, or other form-field values in analytics events or advertising requests. Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertising on selected informational pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize advertising based on visits to this and other sites. Other third-party vendors and advertising networks participating in Google's advertising services may also place or read cookies or use identifiers for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Information processed by advertising providers may include your IP address, browser/device details, page URL, and cookie identifiers, subject to your consent choices and applicable requirements. We do not send the details you enter into booking, contact, or business-inquiry forms to advertising providers. Advertising code is not installed on those form pages or on policy and error pages.

We retain inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
